Is our full service “Staffing” agency. This model allows you to “Temp, Temp to Hire, or 1099 Contract” any Veteran, Military Spouse or in some cases Civilians. All employees are employed by Echelon and contracted to your organization.

Fees associated with this service vary on state, position and duration.

 

7 Eagle Group

Specializes in the “Direct Hire” of talented Veterans and Military Spouses. The placement fee is 18% of the 1st year salary.

Weekly, Monthly and Single payment options available.

 

 

FreelanceVets

Is our proprietary platform to address the Global “Gig” Economy. With many more organizations utilizing “Remote Workers” to carry on their everyday business, this is an excellent option to hire a Veteran or Military Spouse to fill those remote needs.

The fees associated with this platform are 10% of the contracted rate.
